Paduma Monastery
Buddhist Temple
About us
Paduma Monastery was purchased 14 years ago by a group of Buddhist activist that wanted to build a place of worship within the area. Many have passed during the re-structuring process but the mission still exists. Paduma Monastery is dedicated to fulfilling those visions set by our founders. Today we are in the process of building our first structure to accommodate the temple's needs. This Multipurpose building consists of twelve public restrooms, two full private restrooms, an open living/dining space, and full commercial kitchen. This is the first of many buildings to come, including a main worship building coming up in the near future.
Our mission is same as our founders and that is to preserve and promote the traditions of the Cambodians, Laos, and Thai culture; to share the Cambodians, Laos, and Thai culture with surrounding communities; to raise funds to support educational and cultural programs for its congregation and within the community; to provide an opportunity for companies and organizations to promote products and services; and to provide an opportunity for youth involvement.
